About This Department

The Construction Department provides oversight and coordination for all major building projects within the branch territory and around the world, including Bethel expansions, new branch facilities, and large-scale Kingdom Hall and Assembly Hall projects. The Worldwide Design and Construction Department (WDC) works closely with the LDC in each branch territory to make sure local projects are organized and effective.

This department includes project managers, engineers, architects, designers, and administrative coordinators who ensure that construction projects are completed safely, on budget, and to the highest quality.
